Accused armed robbers, Mohamed Koroma and Mohamed Mansaray, on Friday, October 28, were remanded to the Male Correctional Centre to await trial in the High Court of Sierra Leone.

Magistrate Binneh Kamara, of Court No. 1, committed the alleged, aggravated, armed robbery case to the High Court of Sierra Leone.

On June 1st, at Botany Hill, FBC, the accused person identified as students of Fourah Bay College allegedly robbed Yusuf Kamara, of a laptop computer valued at Le 1,200,000. The robbers were armed with a broken bottle, a cutlass, a knife and an iron rod.

According to a witness, George James Beliah, he visited the crime scene together with the complainant and a team of police.

The complainant recognised and identified the two accused persons. Beliah added that Police Constable Brewa B. interviewed and took statements from the accused separately.
