Sources within the corridors of power have it that former Lands Minister, Musa Tarawally is reported to have allocated large quantum of freehold lands to judges, lawyers and other senior state actors during the court matter surrounding the sacking of the elected vice president.
Our source further disclosed that the decision of Mr. Tarawally to allocate such lands to those mentioned at that particular point in time could not be unconnected to the issue surrounding the hearing of the elected vice president, Chief Alhaji Samuel Sam Sumana.
The lands allocated according to our source was allegedly used to bribed members of the Supreme Court and other judges including prominent lawyers to back the decision of the president in sacking the elected vice president.
However, former Lands Minister, Musa Tarawally has refused to comment on the issue despite numerous phone calls and text messages to get his own side of the story.
The Times SL is digging into the issue and will soon come out with a list of the names of Judges, Lawyers and other senior state actors that were allocated large quantum of freehold land during and after the Sam Sumana hearing.
Stay tuned more to come.
