Kalokoh is one of four accused persons charged with conspiracy and robbery with violence, contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone.

He identified himself as an ex-soldier, insisting the charges against him were mere allegation, adding that his dramatic action was inspired by weeks on remand without trial. However, his desperate antics did not yield not any fruit as the proceeding still went ahead.

His co-accused persons include Alhaji Mansaray, Abdul Rahman Sesay, Mohamed Sesay and Aminata Dabor.
