Cyril Harold Smith (12th prosecuting witness) on Tuesday tendered three sets of video clips of the alleged conspiracy and murder of Sydney Buckle alias DJ Clef before Justice Alusine Sesay.

Standing before the judge, PW 12 tendered sets of video clips, among those videos he tendered were video of the remains of the deceased along the Murray Town where the body was found, scene of crime of the said matter and the cemetery where the remains of DJ Cleff was buried. These clips, according to the witness, were taken for further investigation with orders from the investigating team.

“On June 5 and 10, I was asked to take video clips and still photos of the said matter together with the investigating team and pathologist, Doctor Owizz Koroma,” the witness added.

He further commented on each of the clips, saying they were tendered before the court, adding that there were also other documents that were found at the Murray Town cemetery where the body was discovered.

Asked by the defence counsel as to the other documents that were found along side with the deceased when the body was found, PW12 told the court that he recalled a rope and a brown cloth that Were wrapped around the body of the deceased which were similar to those tendered by the court.

Meanwhile, the defence counsel applied for bail, stating that since the matter started twelve witnesses have testified and none of the witnesses has not in any way haul up the accused persons.

Justice Sesay admonished the defence counsel that the accused persons are being charged with the case of murder and conspiracy, stressing that since the prosecuting counsel has been moving on with the case, he cannot grant bail to the accused persons.

The accused are being tried on two count charges of conspiracy to murder and murder. The matter was adjourned to next Tuesday while accused remain on remand.
